Spacious living room (parquet floor) with a dining table for 4 people, 2 armchair and 1 sofa bed (140x200). Direct exit from the living room to the balcony with view towards Corvatsch. Radio and flat screen TV. New kitchen with oven, dishwasher and water heater. Chicco d`Oro coffee machine. It has Fondue and Raclette. Bedroom (parquet floor) with double bed (2 mattresses 90x190), spacious fitted wardrobe in Arven-wood, south facing window. New renovated Bathroom (2016) with bathtub / WC / single washbasin. Washing machine and ski room for parking for shared use. No bike room. Outside parking space. No bike room. Non smoking. Pets are not allowed.


HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Rosatsch is located in the upper part of Surlej. The sports shop Ski Service Corvatsch and public transport are located practically on the doorstep. The Corvatschbahn is located about 400 meters from the house.

Wir wurden bestens in Empfang genommen. Rasche Antwort und Problemlösung (WLAN). Parkplätze waren teilweise überbelegt, so dass wir auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen mussten. WLAN war nicht stabil und musste öfters neu gestartet werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und v.a. die Küche mit allem Nötigen sehr gut bestückt (z.B. Backutensilien, Frischhaltefolie, Fonduebrennpaste, etc.)
