"Poor communication with the owner and his property manager: manager never answered my messages and owner cancelled my booking based on his bad faith allegations to VRBO (supposedly because I would have violated VRBO rules, which was untrue) leading to my booking getting cancelled with the obligation to leave the property the same day and only a 50% refund of the whole rental value had I not gotten in touch with VRBO customer service to demonstrate the owner's bad faith. "We booked the house for 4 - 5 people and were looking forward to a 4-day stay. Unfortunately, the object does not fulfil the advertised and expected claims in any way. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and the grounds were neat and spacious. The bathrooms are modern and the furniture was modest, perfect for a country home! The kitchen was great, large with everything we needed to cook up a meal when we arrived. The hosts even left us bottled water. "First off, Susan was a wonderful host. SUPER communication and response time, and she had tons of suggestions for things to do/eat/see. Next, the house is huge and great for larger groups. Plenty of rooms for everyone (each with it’s own bathroom!) and a lot of common areas to spread out in.Lastly, the pool was wonderful! Huge and a great temperature. Our stay was just a couple of nights but if you are looking for seclusion and privacy this is it. "

"Our absolute favorite part of being in Jamacia was staying in the Dragon Fly Cottage hosted by Geneva and her husband Shawn and their three sons. Everyday Geneva would cook a fantastic breakfast and dinner, served hot and after the meal would take the dirty dishes away. "Property was well lept and clean. Both the owner and housekeeper were great at trying to make us comfortable. However the wifi was not stable and I work remotely from home, so stable internet is a must! Other than that, this property was pretty cozy"

The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. "This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed."

"The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints."
