"Place could be a bit more clean Some people do not clean after themselves The 4 bedroom dorm is small and the beds a bit noisy but what a wonderful spot! On the beach with a great swimming pool. I also met very cool people even if you need to socialize yourself. "

"This hostel is amazing from the staff to the location everything is right. It's based in a bungalow resort so you get to use all the resort facilities. Decent swimming pool and the beach is a few mins walk. The staff done everything for us without effort, I only booked 2 nights here and ended up staying 9 nights. Defo recommended from me"

"Great hostel, free breakfast is far better than i was expecting, laundry service available. Staff friendly and helpful Female-only dorm very badly arranged; little privacy and no space for things. Also means the air con freezes one person to death while a few others barely benefit. Will email hostel to suggest moving beds as there is space for everyone to have a good nights sleep"

"Don’t expect luxury, this is budget accommodation and if you want AC you won’t find private rooms at this price elsewhere. The AC was good and the refrigerator was nice to have being on a budget and buying water and snacks for my stay. The only complaint I have is cleanliness. The first room I was put in had an excessive amount of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I asked to be moved and once I showed her she immediately moved me. "If your looking for a camping lifestyle then stay here. We stayed in one of the top level A frames and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. "We had 5 nights at Alanta Villa, and by day two we knew we hadn’t booked long enough. The villas are peaceful, well appointed, comfortable, and very private. "George & everybody at the Blue Gecko were fantastic. Super helpful in providing recommendations for things to do in the area and for directly coordinating tours, motorbike rentals, and laundry. Made the trip extremely memorable & easy. George is a gem and I would strongly recommend his place to anyone looking for a relaxed vacation, close to the beach, nature, and excursions. "

"10/10. We stayed here for 6 nights and would highly reccomend. It’s quiet and an easy 1 min walk to the beach with lots of dining options. Theres a great pool with a pool bar, jimmy and sunsun are amazing. Art at the front desk was awesome as well. He organized our transportation and ferries for us. Junior at the restaurant bar was awesome too. Thanks for the good times. The room was exactly what we needed. Great air conditioning, & big bathroom. We loved the porch out front with the hammock to end our day. Housekeeping cleans the room each day and replenishes water and other amnesties in the room. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again to the whole Lanta Pearl team for an incredible stay. Hailey & Mark "
