"Ein schöner überdachter Balkon. Die Miniküche ist relativ neu, ansonsten ist das Mobiliar abgewohnt und der Kücheninhalt minimalistisch und zu gebraucht. Die vorbestellten Handtücher mußten wir selber ins Appartment tragen, das Bett war nicht bezogen - was nach 7 Stunden Anfahrt keinen Spaß macht."

"Wir haben einen Parkplatz reserviert, als wir ankamen, hatte es für uns keinen Parkplatz frei. Es war mühsam, einen freien Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden. Das Appartement/Zimmer war unsauber und teils unvollständig (WC nicht geputzt, Hahn hat getropft, nur 2 anstatt 3 Decken waren vorhanden, Föhn hat nicht funktioniert). Nach unserer Beanstandung wurde alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigt. Morgenessen war sehr fein."

"This property is beautiful. We had a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was huge and moderm. Love that they provide robes and slippers. On the website the pictures are the main hotel. Our room was across the street (Diana Collection) which we were surprised why we are not in the main hotel. I was told they have 3 building. I wish I knew that they have 3 buildings because I would have requested to be in the main hotel. Where the reception, lobby, bar etc are located. I have to acknowledge the staff who are very helpful, friendly, accommodating in every possible way. The location of the hotel is 15 min from the Colmar train station. It is right by Petite Venice and old town. Tons on restaurants in the area and souvenir shops. Everything is walking distance. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Stayed 2 nites. "
