Nessuno ad accogliermi al check in, ritardo di ore
Purtroppo, nonostante avessi avvisato del mio arrivo con un messaggio, non ho trovato nessuno ad accogliermi e mi sono trovato senza camera e senza possibilità di trovare altro nei dintorni. Mi è stato detto dall'host che sarebbe arrivato dopo due ore. Ho chiamato hotels.com che ha contattato l'host ricevendo rassicurazioni sull'arrivo per il check in entro mezz'ora. Ma dopo un'ulteriore ora ancora nulla. Ho ricontattato l'host che mi ha detto che sarebbe arrivato in mezz'ora ma che la camera era ancora da preparare. Avendo impegni già presi a Firenze, senza possibilità di fare una doccia e senza potermi cambiare, sono dovuto andare. Il check in sono riuscito a farlo a mezzanotte anziché alle 15 come auspicato.
