"Superb hotel! They had the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered. We were warmly greeted with a welcome tea, and the lady at the front told us about the property and showed us around. There were two hot tubs, a cold plunge, and a steam room. The massage was great. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruit, eggs, little breads, juice, coffee. We also did a trail around the property and saw horses and a waterfall. The room was clean and cozy. Before our stay, the hotel helped us get a driver who picked us up from Quito and spent half a day showing us Cotopaxi and dropped us off at this hotel. Wish we had stayed another night here. "

"Beautiful property, wirh great views of Cotopaxi from our room. Wonderful to have a wood stove in the room, as it's cold up there and the fire kept us toasty! Franklin was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Food was surprisingly nice, especially the soups and fish. The property is very close to the entrance of the park. Do NOT follow Google maps in this atea, it's not just inaccurate, it's crazy wrong. There are signs posted telling you where to turn for this hotel. Trust thesigns, not Google. "

"Great spot. We stayed here during a business trip and ww found it to be the perfect location near latacunga. The service was impeccable. We had dinner at the property and I strongly recommend it, not only for the food but because there is nothing else around and the experience was beautiful. "

"I stayed here planning to go to Quilotoa early the next morning and wasn’t looking for anything fancy. That said, I was really disappointed and grossed out with this hotel. The blankets and pillows on my bed definitely hadn’t been washed since the last guest - I could smell men’s deodorant or body spray or something on them. There were also several hairs in the blankets and room. The bathroom sink needed a good cleaning - more hair. I wasn’t provided with towels, and there also wasn’t hand soap. I tried my best to sleep through it and get out asap. Overall wouldn’t recommend unless they start actually cleaning this place, even if you are just passing through for the night. "
