This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the 6th floor. Sit up high and enjoy the view of the peaceful water-way. You will find the primary suite hosts 2 queen beds in the bedroom with direct access to the screened in Lanai, the bathroom features a walk in shower and an updated vanity, you may have noticed in the photos that there is a laundry closet in house, that is a unique feature as the 1 bedrooms are not typically equipped with that luxury. The living room is bright and spacious, with beautiful decor to accentuate your surroundings and enhance the ambiance.
Mosey on down to the waterfront to bask in the sun, a first hand glimpse of the marine life, Dolphins and manatees are frequent visitors to our facility, if you've never experienced a interaction with one of these creatures, beware of how therapeutic it is.
