Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

Small Family Vacation
This was a little vacation for our family of three and the property worked for us. The property was clean and was in a great location to the market and restaurants. Short walk to the beach and the property had beach accessories, which was great. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay there again.

AMAZING Location!!
My husband and I spent two weeks in the apartment and it couldn’t have been better. We loved the walkability of the island. All restaurants and shops were close. Service everywhere we went was top notch! Communication about the property was very quick when needed. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

Nice Unit - Great Location
The unit is very clean in a great location close to beach and night life. Furniture and bed are very comfortable. Only thing is beach chairs/umbrella and towels needs major upgrade. Towels were very small and thin. Linens were excellent. Owner was very responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. It is our second time staying at this location.

Nicely renovated.
The property was in the upstairs of a restaurant and the parking was tight. No washer and dryer was on site for guest to use. The floors were dirty and if we would’ve had a mop and mop bucket we would have mopped the floors. We couldn’t walk around without getting our feet or socks dirty.

Great Location and Stay
This apartment is in a perfect location in the heart of Siesta Key Village. It is very clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple visiting. Check in process was smooth and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything worked out great. Only comment is to replace the beach chairs. We were appreciative they provided them however they were extremely old and rusty. The rust mixed with wet bathing suits badly stained our clothing.

As Close to Perfect as Possible
If you are looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Village and close to the beach, you should go ahead and book your stay here. Once we parked in our spot, our car did not move until we left Siesta Key. The living area has a pullout sofa, so three people can easily be accommodated. Everything was super clean. Siesta Key Oyster Bar is within steps. The beach is only a 6-8 minute walk. If given the chance, we will definitely be back.

My friend and I visited for a weekend girls trip and have nothing but amazing things to say. The check-in process was easy, the host provided quick & thorough responses & the location was central to all food/activites. We walked to the beach daily and it only took us less than 10 minutes to do so! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in town!
