Our Sara Sea Circle community includes a large heated pool, sand volleyball and shuffleboard courts.

This large 3-floor townhouse very comfortably sleeps eight in:

Over all pretty good. Being a vrbo host I’m probably more critical. I get what he’s doing but my standards of giving a 5 star is pretty high. I would rate 4.8 but the Kitchware was sub par. The bedding was pretty good. The furniture was just ok. Big difference between 4 stars and 5. Really good but not 5 stars. Just a little more. We would have rebooked for next year but got bumped before we arrived without the chance.

Great place close to it all
Perfect location- close to it all but not in the crowded area. You can walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping and ice cream. Close to a beautiful, not crowded part of Siesta Key Beach and the house has all the beach stuff you need- chairs, umbrella, and a cart to get it down there. House has a great vibe. The owners are very nice and very responsive to texts- would definitely rent from them again!

This is the best place to stay when you have as many as we do when we go on vacation. The house is huge, neat and clean. Plus there are so many beach things that you can use, chairs, toys, bikes, cornhole game. Having a washer/dryer available is also a big plus. Great stay on Siesta!
We had never been to Siesta Key until this stay and will be back! Tim was so responsive and the townhome was better than the pictures! Plenty of space, SO many beach toys for the kids and plenty of beach chairs. We did not have to buy anything! The pool was fantastic too and a quick walk from the townhome. We loved that we could walk to Ice Cream and breakfast (Toasted Mango is delicious) and were a quick drive to Siesta Village. Highly recommend booking here! We will be back!

Nice spot for 3 couples. 10 minute walk to beach. Unit had a nice wagon to pull chairs and umbrellas. Great restaurants nearby and free trolley on Siesta Key made for a relaxing beach trip

Absolutely love the location! Private and in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. There is a trolley stop one block from the condo if you wanted to travel the island. There is beach and pool access with all the necessary items stored in the garage for younger families. Communication with Tim and Vivian was easy. This was our second visit and would recommend to family and friends.

Family vacation
This is our second year staying at this property and we love it. The living room area is large and comfortable. The efficiency downstairs was perfect for our daughters stay with her husband and toddler. The unit comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, toys, everything you need for the beach. My favorite part is the location, short walk to pool and beach, restaurants. The community has a very tropical feel with lush vegetation and palm trees, it’s beautiful. We can’t wait to return! One week isn’t enough!

This is a great property! Easy walk to the beach or you can ride the bikes provided All the beach and water toys you could possibly need. Furniture and bedding is very comfortable and the private patio is a great plus. Would highly recommend!

We have been up and down the Florida Gulf Coast from Destin to Sanibel, but this was our first vacation on Siesta Key and we are so glad we chose to stay here! The property was just as described/shown in the listing if not better. The layout was perfect for us as our adult daughters shared the main floor bedroom/bathroom and my parents enjoyed having the entire lower lever to themselves with its own kitchen and bath. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the property was extremely clean upon arrival. Though not directly beachfront, the walk to the beach and pool was easy and short. The walk is not on a main road, so it is very safe. We were also close, within walking distance, to the area where Captain Curt's restaurant is. We walked here a few times. The owners of the home were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to others!

This was absolutely the best place!! It was decorated beautifully, very well stocked and so clean. The beach and pool were just a few minutes walk away. If you wanted to take a bike ride there were 4 bikes to choose from, so many outdoor toys or sport games and plenty of floats to take down to the water. We will most definitely rent again! We loved this property and this beach location!!!
Sandy Toes was spacious, clean, comfortable, beautifuly decorated. It was very close to the pool, beach, shops, and restaurants. There was lots of extras included - beach chairs, umbrella, towels, flotation devices, snorkeling gear, bikes, large TV for movie nights. Check in was a breeze. Tim was a great host. The neighborhood was casual and family friendly. The beach was lovely with clean white sand and clear warm water.
