Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This large villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, central ac/heat, covered parking, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit!. It has a king size bed, queen/twin in guest room, sleeper sofa. The unit is updated on a continual basis. It is just steps from the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets! There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are within a short driving distance. Come visit the Island House and let us make your vacation a most memorable one!!

With 3 families converging, our Villa was great for small informal gatherings with lots of seating options, and a wonderful big round table....perfect for playing board games and doing puzzles. Beds were comfortable...even the pull out sofa in the LR! Bathrooms were updated and clean. Some of the LR furniture is starting to show signs of wear. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and everything else anyone would need. Sadly, due to heavy rain and flooding, the pool was temporarily closed. Other options were provided for swimming.

Just a minute’s walk to the gorgeous beach! Our villa was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to your stay. It was a cute little bungalow that was very comfortable and cutely decorated with a beach theme. There was ample places to relax, with the porch being our favorite! The kitchen made it nice to prepare meals, if you didn’t want to go out on the town. We will definitely be back!

Superschöne Villa in Strandnähe
Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön! War sicher nicht das letzte mal!
