Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Florida. Newly remodeled 2 bedrooms, 2 baths villa located on the finest beach in Florida. This unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1000 sq. ft., non-carpeted and has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, 3 flat-screen TVs, 3 DVD players, central heat/ac/ Dedicated Internet Service. The bedrooms have a king-size bed, and 2 twins. All appliances and furnishings are updated continually. The unit is just steps from the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Island House is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large heated swimming pool, a game room, and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, galleries, and activities for kids. Bush Gardens, and Disney are a short driving distance. Come visit us at the Island House and let us make your vacation a most memorable one!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this villa for Xmas holiday (8 days) for family of 5 (3 kids). When I booked it the rental could fit 6 people (booked in spring 2021). But when we showed up we realized the sofa bed in living room was now just a regular sofa. I also noticed that this rental on website now said it only fit 4 people. We made it work since it was holiday week and nothing else was going to be available. The place was clean and otherwise as described. The cleaner left no dishwasher tabs and very tiny amount of bar soap for 5 people for 8 days. I found a maint person the next day because the office was closed for Xmas day and he quickly got us what we needed. Rest of trip was great. Plenty of chairs at beach to use and easy walk to beach. We also walked to nearby restaurants for dinner and did the trolley to get to siesta key town 1 night. Would stay here again (just at a villa that fit 6 people).

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed in how we were greeted. While I understand that Covid protocols need to be in place, cracking the door to the office, asking what villa we rented but not asking for ID or giving any information on the property, or the area was very disappointing. Same treatment when we checked out, cracked office door, accepted the keys to the villa, did not ask about our stay or anything. Would never recommend. Additionally, the villa seemed dirty, our feet turned black from walking on the floors. We were provided only one extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Again, would never recommend.
