Spacious, beautifully furnished private townhome steps away from Siesta Beach. Sliding glass doors off 4 of the rooms open out to balconies, 2 overlooking the lake featuring a fountain and marine turtles. Relax in a peaceful setting and watch the sky turn color at sunset. This end unit is at the rear of the lake circle so it's quiet & scenic with lots of natural light.

The upscale island-style furnishings are clean and comfortable. The bedrooms include a King size bed in the master suite and 1 Queen & a twin in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room and an elevated air mattress with down pillow top stored in the master suite dressing area in case you have an unexpected guest stop by. With 10' ceilings and a raised dining loft, ceiling fans in every room, and a generous master suite with dressing area and walk-in closet.... it really is like having a second home for the week.
We have provided everything you need to make your vacation as accommodating as possible including 3 flat screen TVs (1 with built in DVD Player), free private hi-speed internet, a front loading full size washer & dryer, linens including beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets and cookware, books, games and more. The condo also provides a pack-n-play crib and high chair.

A rare find from a Siesta Key Beach rental is a garage! So convenient if you are staying for a month or two. There you will find everything you need for the beach- chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets and a beach wagon to carry it all.
(*please note-the condo is on the 2nd floor and you need to walk up stairs to get to the front door. It is not wheelchair accessible.)

Not only is it across the street from the only beach on Siesta Key that is lifeguard protected, it's also very conveniently located to most everything. No need to drive and fight for parking. Take the free trolley (running every 20-30 minutes) to Siesta Village just less than a mile away for a variety of restaurants, boutique shops, water sport rentals and nightlife.

Other amenities while staying at Our House at The Beach is a beautiful heated pool, a barbecue and picnic area and tennis courts.

It is only 7 miles to downtown Sarasota. There you will find popular area attractions such as Mote Marine Aquarium, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens(flamingos galore!) and the Ringling Museum and Art Gallery. Cultural opportunities include Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the Asolo Reperatory Theatre .

For those who enjoy State Parks and, in particular, seeing alligators in the wild, try Myakka River State Park. You can take a narrated boat trip to see alligators. Tram rides and bike rentals are also available.

We had a great stay here. The condo is very spacious, baby friendly, and has all the beach items that you need! The condo complex is across the street from the Siesta Beach public parking lot which makes for very easy access to the beach. Highly recommend if you are planning a Florida beach vacation!

First Time to Siesta Key
This was our first time to Siesta Key and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Gail was so nice to work with. Her place was in a good location, close to the beach and had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.

Great Stay at Siesta Beach
Location is great. Across the street from the beach. Roomy for a family of 4. Had everything we needed including beach supplies. The wagon was a life saver. Pool is nice on the property. Garage is nice but the door is low. If you have a large SUV, it might not fit. Overall, we loved our time here. We will be back!

Great Place in Siesta Key
We spent two weeks at our VRBO steps from the public access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and we saw dolphins swimming close by. The location was fantastic. Our condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. It was cool weather during our stay so the heated pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Our deck overlooked a huge pond and there were a dozen or more turtles to watch. A wonderful place to stay. We will definitely go back!

1 week beach vacation
Literally cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner! The property is spotless and has absolutely EVERYTHING you would need for time at the beach and indoors. Gail is responsive to any questions you have while there and is just so polite. The property is so close to the beach and with the wagon it’s so nice not to have to pack up and drive to the beach. You are also so close to all the fun and tasty restaurants and ice cream shops in siesta key!! AMAZING place - hope to come back again!!

Too many stairs
Loved the condo but it really was tough for three 70+ year olds to climb 25+ stairs especially when carrying groceries and suitcases. Would not take a second floor unit again and would also like something closer to the beach. All in all though, it was very comfortable with everything we could have needed.

Everything you need for a beach vacation!
We recently stayed for 7 nights at this property and it was perfect. The condo had everything you need for the beach and/or pool from pool noodles, raft, boogie boards, a cooler, wagon, beach chairs (even one for a little kid which our 3 year old loved), beach umbrellas, giant water jug, etc. The condo is literally right across the street from beach access. I think it took us longer to pull the wagon across the beach itself to the water than it did to actually walk to the beach from the condo. The place was also clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the turtles in the pond below. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place close to the beach with all the required beach amenities provided.

GREAT Home Away From Home
The momen we arrived, we knew we had selected the right property for us. We stayed in Siesta Key during COVID and were a little worried about the high rates of infection in Florida. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a "sand bucket" full of goodies that included hand sanitzer, wet wipes, Lysol To-Go and other products to assist in healthy practices. The condo was perfect for us! It is even larger than it looks in the pictures and the location was ideal. It was biking distance to the village but far enough from the busy world to maintain social distancing and avoid night-time noises. The garage is a great perk and it was fully stocked with everything one needs for the beach. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this gem of home! If you are looking for the best of both worlds - quiet and fun - this is your place!

Wow!
Where do I begin? First, I want to say that this property exceeded all of our expectations. It was immaculately cleaned and so well stocked with beach supplies and everyday essentials that we didn’t have to worry about going out to the store when we first arrived. We were able to take a quick walk across the street to the famous Siesta Beach and relax on our very first day of vacation. We are a family of 4, my daughter is 10 and son is 13 and they loved seeing the turtles swim in the pond outside below the lanai. Gail was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and was extremely accommodating to any/all requests. The location of the condo was great if you decide to just stay on siesta key, you can easily get around on the trolley. If you like to explore other areas like we do, it was so easy to get around to places like St. Armand’s Circle where there is lots of shopping and restaurants, Downtown Sarasota - great city, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. any place you want to go is within 15-30 minutes away, but the scenery is so beautiful it doesn’t really seem far to travel to other areas at all. We loved all the beaches in the area, there were so many to try out, you can’t go wrong with any of them. My husband and kids love to fish and there is no shortage of places to go. This was an amazing vacation made so much better by this beautiful condo. We would recommend it to anyone.

Not as good as it could have been
Pros: I really loved a lot about this condo. It was clean and beautifully furnished. It was in a great location. We were within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the center of town. The house was well appointed with everything one would need. Despite being so close to the beach and the main road, the condo was quiet at night. Cons: Upon arrival we found that the air conditioner did not work. We spent the next 4 days on the phone with the owner of the condo, and with the AC company to try to get the problem fixed. As I am sure you can imagine July in Florida is unbearable heat wise and the temps were in the 90's everyday so we had to adjust our vacation to be out of the condo due to the high heat and be in the condo to allow for AC workers to do repairs. This may not be the owners fault i understand that things break but by the time we were able to put it all behind us we were left with only Thurs and Fri to enjoy our trip. The owner has put in their contract that no refund will be given for a broken AC or heater. Not every contract has that, and I will not stay in a place that has that clause again. Most have an "uninhabitable" clause that refunds the money of the vacationer if the house is not fit for habitation- which it was not with the high temps. The owners were very pleasant, and the condo was as pictured and lovely, however that was not enough to save this vacation.

Great Condo!
This condo is massive and in a perfect location, just a few steps from Siesta Key Beach. They even provide beach equipment and have a garage. The pool is amazing, and the surroundings are really beautiful. The condo itself is spacious, with a great kitchen, a large dining room, big bedrooms, and new bathrooms. Thanks again for a wonderful stay; we'll definitely be back!
