Enjoy the tranquil sound of ocean waves lapping the shore while a gentle summer breeze flows throughout this beachfront condo.

Amazing direct Gulf view from this 4th floor condo. Enjoy sunsets and catch the dolphins frolicking in the Gulf from the enclosed lanai located in the front corner of the building. Gated entrance provides added safety and security.

This unit is literally steps from the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bike/boat/umbrella rental, fishing charters, live music, a tiki bar and a grocery store. Everything you need for an easy, unforgettable vacation.

We've got you covered. No carrying around a bunch of keys, we provide computerized, digital locks. No lugging chairs to the beach, loungers and beach chairs are provided for you. You'll also enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware you need.

Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the condo has an open plan that joins kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy flow of about 1,000 square feet.

The unit has two separate, private bedrooms, each with their own flat-screen cable TV, hair dryers, free wifi, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors that welcome in the cool Gulf breezes. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two full beds.

The large, serpentine pool is heated year-round. Each unit comes with one covered parking space and extra spots for guest parking. For your convenience, luggage and grocery carts are available right outside the building door and plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away. A few miles north is St. Armand s Circle with trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. You're one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

A computer and printer are available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours for airline boarding pass printing.

Spectacular ocean view, accommodations were comfy and spacious, everything worked...AC, TV, plumbing, electric all top notch. You're at the beach in a 30 second walk and the private beach is awesome. We are seriously thinking about booking again soon as we are 2 hours drive time away.

We went down to Florida as a family and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, the view was spectacular. We had everything and more as the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have ever wanted. We had beach towels, internet, and total relaxation as well! We love it here. The owners always respond wuickly with wuestions. They are very kind people.

Beyond relaxing
We had a wonderful week in spite of 1.5 days of rain. The condo isn’t fancy but it is fully stocked and has every beach accessory that you could ever want or need. We only used one of the bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and answered my questions quickly. It was sooooo relaxing staying there. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Beach front condo
The property was good. View was great. Kitchen was well stock. The guest bathroom needs to be clean better. The curtain need to be replaced as it is molded. The system of not allowing guests to choose their chairs until 7:30 am necessitated vacationers to line up as early as 6:30am to get their desired place in the beach. This will be the prinary reason we will not come back!

This condo is perfect if you're looking for a beautiful beachfront location and view. It is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the property managers was great. The property was very nice. I thought the furniture could use updating along with the bedding. Our second night there, we got no sleep as the ceiling fan light kept coming on. They replaced it the next day and it was good. Overall, we loved the location and view!
