This apartment is well appointed and professionally decorated with attention to detail and visitor comfort.The unit is fully furnished with most everything you will need for your stay on Siesta Key. There is even a washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience! It is professionally managed by a local property management company that is available during your stay to make sure your visit is exceptional. You are just 200 steps to the powdery white sands that Siesta Key is famous for. You are also just 100 steps to the center of the Siesta Key Village, where you will find wonderful shops and restaurants to visit. The unit is a 1/1 with a queen sleeper sofa and sleeps 4 comfortably. Come stay at Siesta Key, where the beach was voted # 1 Beach in the USA by Dr. Beach in 2011.

Another Great Vacation
This was our 2nd time at this property. Just right for the 2 of us. Very clean, walk to beach & main street. Beautiful pool, screened porch for hanging out.

Location and unit were perfect for us!

Good property and great location
Overall very pleasant. We love the location and have stayed here twice and recommended to our friends who stayed there. It’s not anything fancy but it is everything you need including washer and dryer. Will be back.

Perfect getaway!
We so enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, updated and had everything we could have possibly needed. It was a convenient walk to both the beach and the village which is amazing! We had such a memorable trip in large part to our little "home away from home." We loved this place and will definitely be back on our next trip to Siesta Key!!

Short walk to the beach
Lovely condo Second time we stayed there. Only drawback is there is a condo upstairs so you do have to take your chances with the "neighbors". That's the chance you take. Some are more considerate than others. All in all a good vacation.

Great place to stay!
Great location! Condo was very clean and we appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella and even a cart for the beach. I loved that the condo had everything we needed for our stay and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. Only thing we were disappointed in was the comfort of the sofa and wicker chair in the living room. We booked again and can't wait to return.

Great place and great location
I had a few questions before booking and the host was always cery responsive and nice. I went down woth friends to have a relaxing vacation and the lovation of thi s property seemed to be perfect. We got there and it was very clean and we were able to walk to both the beach and the village. We had beach chairs, cooler, and other beach needs supplied to us by the property which was so fantastic. We definitely would recommend this property for a stay in Siesta Key, Florida. It was perfect.

Easy walk or bike ride to beach, restaurants, groceries…we didn’t need to rent a car. The apt was a perfect fit for our 50th anniversary. Washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of towels & beach chairs. We would stay here again. Owner was very helpful.

We are returning guests and absolutely love this place!! The location is perfect for us and the condo is fabulous!! It was unbelievably hot so being just a few steps from the pool was amazing!! A great owner, location, and condo makes this perfect for anyone! We will be back AGAIN!!!

Convenient location
The property is walking distance to great restaurants and the local market. It was plenty of room for 4 people. We only had 2 but it would have been fine to bring friends or spouses. The pullout sleeper was surprisingly comfortable. Everything needed for the beach was provided (cooler, towels, chairs, etc). I would recommend it and stay there again.

The property was not clean and smelled heavily of must. The text with entry code was not receive. I had to make contact with property owner to gain entry upon my arrival. The location was noy ad expected. Not a vacation vibe at all. Disappointed for sure!

Another Tequila Sunrise
My wife and I stayed here for a week. The unit was very spacious for us and most of all very clean! It had everything we need to enjoy the week. Including beach items, umbrellas, chairs and a wagon to load the items in. Try he pool just outside of the lanai was convenient. And speaking of convenient, was the LOCATION. Just steps from all the restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is about a 7 minute walk. We are looking forward to our stay here again in November, which is already booked. Shout out to Mike, for all his help.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean comfortable and clean. 5 minute walk to the beach, 30 second walk to the community pool. 5 minute walk to Siesta Village restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return. On a side note, there is much more than what is listed on the site for amenities. Perhaps the mgmnt could show a more detailed list., (i.e. iron, beach towels, etc.). We brought stuff we didn't need as it was already there,

Extremely Noisy-Could hear every foot step from upstairs.
We could hear every single foot step from upstairs apartment. And we mean every single foot step. It was extremely loud. Unfortunate since the location is great. However, if you are looking for piece and quiet, this is not the place. At times we felt like the roof was going to cave in. Old building we realize but we have never been in such a place where all the foot steps could be heard so loud and clear. The floor were not cleaned. Very dirty. The bathroom and kitchen were clean.
