Features parking for 5 vehicles max: 3 covered spaces and 2 uncovered spaces in the driveway depending on vehicle size. It also features the Pool Area with covered seating, dry bar, large smart TV and gas BBQ, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's 2 living levels above.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
This level features the home’s great room, which includes a chef’s kitchen and bar top seating for 7, dining area with seating for 8, and a living room with a smart TV and ample seating. The main balcony on this floor is directly off the great room and features direct Gulf & beach views and overlooks the pool. It is furnished with a dining table for 6. There are 2 bedrooms and a study room on this floor including the master bedroom. The master features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large separate shower, and free-standing soaking tub. Bedroom 2 is the second bedroom on this level, and features a king bed, smart TV, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and balcony access w/ peaking Gulf views. Also located on this floor is a shared ½ Bath and laundry room.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
Features a club room with a wet bar, additional dining space for 6, a living area with large smart TV and gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4, and balcony access with direct Gulf & beach views and seating for 6. There are also 3 Bedrooms on this floor; Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature king Beds, smart TVs with en suite baths, and walk-in showers. Bedroom 5 is the home’s bunk room featuring full over full bunk beds. It has an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Also located on this floor is a shared ½ bath and laundry room.

Extended Stays:
Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
