Relax in this beautiful fifth floor beach front Condo and enjoy the fantastic direct gulf views from the screened lanai with the beach just steps away!! Crescent Beach is famous for its pure white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun. Looking for the perfect vacation condo? This is it! This two-bedroom condo is luxuriously furnished with all the necessary amenities. Included are three remote control TVs, a DVD, WiFi Internet, air-conditioning, all linens, and bath and beach towels. The new kitchen has all the conveniences of home. A laundry room is located just a few steps away near the elevator. The heated pool is close by.

The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week at our favorite beach. Ron was wonderful to work with, even texted me an hour earlier than check in to say the condo was ready. Would definitely request to stay at here again in the future.

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

Awesome Gulf view from 5th floor corner unit. Great place for two couples or a small family. Great beach (Crescent beach) and several terrific restaurants and bars within a short walk. Communication with owner was terrific.

Had a week of family fun with our 2 and 4 year olds. The beach and pool were very accessible. The pool was warm and clean. The beach was very gradual entry, perfect for young children. The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and secure. Trolleys to the nearby downtown area were cheap, fun, and numerous.

A Perfect Memory
The property was well appointed. It is in a spectacular location on the beach. The condo was an ideal spot for sipping coffee on the lanai, playing board games and sharing meals with family. Thank you sharing your slice of heaven.

The condo was Gulf front and the pictures are true to life. The condo is perfect for four people. Restaurants, small grocery store, and clothing stores are within walking distance. Chairs and umbrella were set up every morning and beaches and Gulf were beautiful.

Fantastic location.
Great location. Condo had everything to meet our needs. Bedding/pillows need updating. We bought new pillows and left them. Furniture a bit worn and tired. Cannot find a better location. Beach Chair reservation is ludicrous every day. No other condos have a chair race. Rather have oats more and had reserved chairs.

Loved the condo. Easy access to beach. Private. On the negative...elevator problems. People were stuck in elevator at least 3 times that we know of while we were there. Fire department had to be called once. Those people were in there over an hour. Fix the elevator

Specious and beautiful view.
I'm just giving 2 stars, due to the maids not doing a good job with the cleaning throughout the apartment.The bathrooms shower walls haven't seen a scrub in a long time. black thick mold outside the bathtub. Furniture's need to be dusted. specially if guests suffers with allergies like me! Other then that, grate place to relax! Free ride to Siesta village just across the street. Great places to eat nearby. My family end I enjoyed having breakfast at toasted mango café and for lunch/ dinner at Carrabbas's Italian Grill. My kids had a blest!

Siesta Key Getaway
The view from your balcony is what makes this condo! You have a full front view of the beautiful beach and water. You also have chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach included in your stay! Check in is very easy because you have a code and there are carts to load your luggage onto. We did not cook, so I’m not sure how well equipped the kitchen is. The condo is older, and could use some updating. My friend stayed in another one on the same floor with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, and it was beautiful. Minor complaints: the sheets were microfiber and stuck to your body in the humidity. The king mattress was hard as a rock and slid off the boxspring easily. Finally, the couch cushions did not hold their shape at all, and you had to fluff them every time you wanted to sit down. Overall, it was a great experience!

beautiful view and extremely clean
our condo and the entire complex itself, was immaculate and the landscape perfectly manicured. the pool was acceptional and beautiful. plenty of space and chairs and very well maintained. the condo was on the 5th floor and the pictures were exactly as the condo and oceanview appeared. the only negative to the condo was i felt it could be a little more generous with the towels. we were four women and only alotted one bathtowel/washrag per person which required us to have to do laundry at least once. not a deal breaker but just saying,....not wishing to do laundry on vacation. we were there 6 nights, with one towel/washrag per person. other than that, very accomodating.... also the outlets were a bit loose but we still managed. i did appreciate the cleanliness, beach location and the views..... also could use a touch of updating...would stay here again for sure!!!!!

Crescent Arms
I always stay at Crescent Arms and it never disappoints. The actual visit was unpleasant this time we went due to red tide, which out of the owners control. Dead fish were all over the beach and in the water. Crescent Arms went out of their way to clean our part of the beach up. We were grateful. None of the other condos along the beach took that initiative. That shows how Crescent Arms wants their people to be happy. The unit was very clean and we were overall pleased. The only complaints I have are there is only one slotted turner and 2 skillets, which were terrible and you are only allowed to use one towel per guest or charged a $10 fee. I have never seen that there before. All food cooked in them sticks. Please buy new cookware. Other than those two things, everything was great. I would definitely rent this unit again.
