"Séjour exceptionnel pour des retrouvailles en familles. Le lieu est idéal pour séjourner trèsnombreux, la maison est bien plus grande que le rendu des photos. Elle est bien desservie avec SDB et toilettes independants pour casiment chacune des chambres. Très bien équipée et isolée pour l’hiver. Vraiment à 15 min de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz. Au calme. "Julian's property is a 3 level townhouse on the edge of a lovely old town Viana. Very convenient for touring around the various wineries of Rioja. Comfortable house with all usual facilities and a pleasant garden to sit out in. Although lacking a kettle on arrival, Julian delivered one very quickly which was appreciated. I would suggest that a map or written notes on the precise location of the property would be welcome for new arrivals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Julian was most helpful...

"The house is great, well equipped with modern appliances, lots of nice cookware, glasses, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment. There is airco if you need it, and there is a massive google TV and even a hifi. Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of bedlinen including brand new pillows. The balcony is very large, with lovely views of the hills, a big table for eating outside and plenty of comfortable seating. The front garden is enclosed, so it's ideal if you have a dog with you....
