Off-Campus Efficiency

A unique guest house within walking distance of Cochise College, ideal students or traveling professionals. The upstairs suite features a queen bed, full bath, with a large area for hanging clothes and storing totes. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator and stove for cooking home-made meals. The downstairs area features a living room for gaming or entertaining guests, laundry room, and powder room. Pets are okay but cannot be left unattended and there is no fenced area. No smoking inside the apartment.

Great long term rental option
I travel for work on 6+ week contracts and this property was perfect for my needs. The house had more than enough room for myself and was well furnished for all needs. The booking and check-in process was seamless and the owners were quick to respond with any requests/concerns.
