This 47 sqm apartment is on the 2nd Floor directly on the beach without annoying traffic or Coastal road.
It has a living and dining area with hatch to the kitchen, shower room, a bedroom with two single beds (each 1.90mx 0.90m), a bedroom with a bed that can be folded up to use the room for other purposes. This bed has a size of 1.40mx 1.90m.
The comfortably furnished apartment has the following features: ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, flat screen TV and stereo. The balcony is furnished and has an awning. A covered parking space is available.
The apartment has a new bathroom and a new floor with designer flooring. The walls were freshly painted.
Extensive leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity, which can be reached on foot: bike rental, beach chair rental, playground with trampolines, football field, bowling and billiards with restaurant, swimming pool, maritime information path.

Schöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren klasse, die Küche perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt, wir konnten super schwimmen. Brötchenservice gibt es 5 Minuten entfernt, zum Einkaufen muss man in die nächstgelegene Stadt fahren. Trotz der Nähe zum Hansapark und der Lage innerhalb eines Ferienparks war es sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und verbindlich.

Wir durften im Juni 23 12 Tage in dieser gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung erleben. Neben den spektakulärer Meerblick waren wir überrascht über die ungewöhnlich gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Küche. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast mehr als willkommen. Dankeschön an die Vermieterin.

Eine gute Wahl
Die Lage der Wohnung nur wenige Meter vom Strand und ohne störenden Autoverkehr konnte nicht besser sein. Leider gab es in der näheren Umgebung der Wohnanlage keine gute Gastronomie. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Sehr liebevoll und pragmatisch renoviertes Ferienappartement mit unverbautem Blick auf die Ostsee in der Lübecker Bucht. Durch den ersten Eindruck bei Anfahrt in diesen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Komplexes darf man sich nicht verunsichern lassen - der Blick aus der Wohnung und vom Balkon ist vom Feinsten. Wer Ruhe sucht ( und selber kocht), kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen!

Wenn man ein abweisendes Straßen- und Wohnblockgewirr überwunden hat, findet man eine helle, saubere, maritim eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, mit herrlichem Balkon in wunderschöner Ostseeblick-Lage. Der Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe ist sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist wertig, gepflegt und im Küchenbereich mehr als standartisiert ausgestattet. Für gesellige Abende beeindruckt ein umfangreiches Spielesortiment.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und mit Blick aufs Meer. Strandkorb ist somit nicht nötig. Eine kleine Sache: Kopfkissen und Steppbetten könnten evt. mal erneuert werden. Leider gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe (fussläufig erreichbar) keine Restaurants nach 18:00 Uhr. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert!!!!!!!!

Rundum schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und die Lage war wirklich perfekt. Man konnte sich gemütlich auf dem Balkon setzen und Kaffee genießen. :) Check-In war super simple. Mietbedingungen & Corona-Maßnahmen wurden vorab per Mail zugeschickt. Alles weiter wurde anschließend schriftlich geklärt.
