Großartige Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung "Am Alpenrand" ist ein Träumchen und lädt direkt zum entspannten Urlaubmachen ein! Es fehlt einem an Nichts! 👌 Die Lage ist super, man hat keinen störenden Autolärm und in der Früh, beim Aufwachen, geht der erste Blick auf die naheliegenden Bergspitzen ⛰️ Und das direkt aus dem Bett 😍 (alternativ kann man auch auf den Balkon gehen). Alexa sorgt natürlich für ein einfaches Urlaubsleben. Sie stellt einem den Wecker, sorgt für gute Musik oder erzählt auch mal einen Witz 😆 Das Essen lässt sich Dank Induktionskochplatte in windeseile zubereiten. Bietet perfektes Optimierungspotential für das persönliche Urlaubserlebnis! Um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen, werden einem noch andere Gadgets geboten, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Man bekommt Handtücher, Hausschuhe, Föhn, Kaffee und und und 😁 für meine Begriffe ist echt an alles gedacht. 🤩 sogar ein Brötchenlieferdienst kann in Anspruch genommen werden 🥐🥨 Der Gastgeber hat eine super strukturierte Gästemappe zusammengestellt, welche einiges an Material enthält bzgl Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Hierbei hat er wirklich an alles gedacht. Ob Schlechtwetter-Ausflüge, mit Kindern, verschiedene Jahreszeiten, Wanderkarten usw. Wir und unser Hund, der übrigens sehr willkommen war, haben uns diese eine Urlaubswoche sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bekamen sogar spontan das Angebot, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern. Allerdings rief die Pflicht uns zurück 🙈 Tatsächlich lassen sich sehr viele Wanderspots sehr gut erreichen. Wer hierfür Ideen braucht, kann gern bei uns in Koomut vorbeischauen, welche Wanderungen wir gemacht haben: https://www.komoot.com/user/884159213584?ref=amk Unser Fazit: Der Gastgeber versteht etwas davon, den Gästen ein rundum-sorglos-Paket anzubieten! Sehr schöne Wohnung. Modern und doch gemütlich/ liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Urlaub im Chiemgau

Wir haben im Sommer 2022 ein frisch renoviertes Apartment in ruhiger Lage am Rande von Siegsdorf bezogen. Die Ausstattung ließ kaum Wünsche offen: Küche mit Zweiplatten-Induktionsherd, Ofen mit allen gängigen Funktionen, Wohnbereich mit großem Bildschirm (Kabelanschluß), WLAN, Alexa, Balkon mit Alpenblick, modern renoviertes Bad. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und hat auch kleine Sonderwünsche sofort erfüllt. Wir würden immer wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Super tolle Wohnung in einer top Lage. Wohnung war exakt wie abgebildet, Blick vom Balkon aus direkt auf die Alpen. Gerade auch mit Hund absolut zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung vorgefunden inklusive einem Balkon in Blickrichtung der Berge. Vor der Haustür gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz und in dem Ort selbst, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Tankstelle, Apotheke, Tierarzt etc. Man ist nicht weit vom Chiemsee entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Ortes und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Ideal für 2 Personen. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit schönem Ausblick vom Balkon. Sehr netter Gastgeber, sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nett, wunderschöne neue Wohnung und klasse Lage. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig am Rande des Dorfes mit Blick auf Feld, Wald und die ersten Berge. Von hier kann man schnell zum Chiemsee oder die Berge. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und am wohl der Urlauber interessiert. Großes lob, wir kommen wieder!
