"The location was excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the central train station, the Kölner Dom, and the historic train center, making it incredibly convenient. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the spa area, which added a relaxing touch to my stay. One of the highlights was the impressive breakfast spread—it included a wide selection of meats, cheeses, breads, a full English breakfast, pastries, coffee, juices, and more. While I personally wouldn’t have paid the ~18 euros for it as a petite eater, it was included at no extra cost through my Hotels.com booking. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would certainly stay here again! "

"This is a beautiful and quaint property facing the river. I stayed one night in a double room. Was on the corner with view of the river on one side and the promenade in the other. The staff were lovely. They gave me wonderful recommendations and held on to my bag after checkout as my train did not depart until 5pm and I wanted to get some more sightseeing in before leaving. The room was spotless and the decor is very pleasing. I especially enjoyed the strong shower head pressure. Would absolutely stay here again!!"
