Four Seasons Place is located on a quiet dead end street, and has tons of parking for all of your toys. This home has four separate bedrooms with eight separate beds and sleeps twelve. There is AIR CONDITIONING, and has everything you need to make your getaway hassle free including a large 8 person hot tub, barbecue, and all cookware and dishes, bathroom linens, and all bedding. There is a large kitchen and living room to relax and entertain. There are two large HD televisions with NetFlix and free WIFI through out the house. The home also has a washer and dryer and large mud room to dry your winter gear. The are four bedrooms with 8 individual beds. There are 10 parking stalls on the property. Sicamous business license number 226. You can book with confidence with this fully licensed home.

Perfect for our large family!
The house was so great for our multiple families with all the bedrooms. The patio and fenced yard were great for the kids. So much parking for our vehicles and for the kids to bike around on. Just might stay there again!

I don’t feel the photos showcase this place quite well enough. I would 100% stay there again. - it has plenty of space, our group of 5 adults and a baby had lots of rooms and beds - the yard is nice and well maintained - it was very well stocked and the hosts are accommodating - it was clean - I felt good about the amount we paid to stay in the location - it was just off the main highway, easy to find with lots of parking

There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 4 to 70. Layout of the home was great and lots of yard space and parking area. We felt very “at home”. Very efficient process, exceptionally clean, and property well located for our visit to the area. Host was on top of everything and answered all questions we had.

The property had everything a renter could possibly need. 4 of us stayed for a golf trip, everyone said their bed was comfortable. The hot tub was excellent for relaxing. The back patio was so relaxing, the neighbor hood was very quiet. Lots of room inside to relax on very comfortable sofa's/chairs. It truly was a 5 star rental. Thanks Shane & Rhonda.

Four adult women with dogs. Great location central to highway and Salmon Arm. Spacious parking. Lovely deck area in back yard for relaxing and entertaining. Beds super comfortable. Rhonda and Shane have graciously attended to our comfortable stay in Sicamous when we come for our annual family reunion! This home is clean, functional, well maintained with many extras that add to our comfort. We’ve been renting here for years. And will continue to for the foreseeable future.

Communication is SO important, both ways
We chose this property mainly for its location from all the guests coming and for the advertised hot tub. Unfortunately, I was not notified prior to arriving that the hot tub was not working. I did message with the owners and we were able to agree on a refund. Every other aspect of our stay was good.

Beware of geese and their fly by pooping!! (A very "once in a lifetime" accident in the hot tub). A toiletry shelf in the 2nd bathroom would be helpful. Small dressers and/or arm chairs in each bedroom would also be helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were ALL very comfy with great duvets. Lots of living room sitting for number of guests. Easy to find. Great parking. We would highly recommend this "home away from home". Thanks Shane and Rhonda.
