"Mobile Home, es sollte ein neues Mobilhome sein, aber als wir ankamen gab es einige Mängel. Die Ausstattung an Besteck und Gläser war schlecht. Die Treppe der Terrasse war defekt(Leiste). Ein Tag vor Abreise und nochmalige Beschwerde wurde es repariert. Der Mülleimer war defekt und was gar nicht ging, das der Stöpsel von der Spüle fehlte, somit war abspülen jeden Tag eine Herausforderung. Sobald wir die Klimaanlage angeschaltet haben war diese am starken brummen, so daß man sie auch nicht nutzen...

"We loved the hotel! First, all the staff was absolutely amazing. Very nice, accommodating, always smiling and in good mood. It was a real pleasure dealing with everyone at the check in, restaurant and bar. Breakfast was excellent and coffee too. We loved the convenience of the easy parking, few steps to the beach, swimming pool and nice terrace with lounge chairs. There are multiple options for both drinks and food all around the beach. And there is a nice walk 10-15 min to town of Murter. Place...

"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach...
