"Good service for the cost"

"In general, it is a good new hotel, but... when i was checking-in i was told that there was no room booked on my name even though i paid it in advance. Later they told me that they do not work with Expedia (where i booked this hotel) and asked me to pay for my stay. Of course, i refused because i already paid and couldn't cancel it. It was late night. They let me to stay and promised to solve the problem next morning. However, when i was checking out they told me that i must pay for my stay anyway. I replayed that i will not pay and then one of the managers came and talked to the reception lady. Then he addressed me and said that they do not work with Expedia anymore and it is ok, i don't have to pay. Very strange and unpleasant situation that i have never experienced before."

"I had an amazing stay! Room was lovely and spacious and clean with a fantastic walk-in shower and a great balcony. Hotel restaurant did a lovely breakfast buffet and I also had lunch there too! Staff were all super happy to help and reception staff spoke great English and helped me with any queries I had. Would highly recommend. "

"Номер без окна и внутри здания - таких примерно половина, как мне показалось. Всю площадь номера занимает кровать. Ванная комната ок, с душевым поддоном, есть шампунь и гель для душа, зубной набор. "

"Комната небольшая, не то 8, не то 10 кв.м. Есть жидкое мыло и диспенсер с гелем для душа в ванной. Кровать жестковата, матрас тонкий. Холодильник есть, надо включать. ТВ с ВК видео. "

"Stayed in Orbita Boutique Hotel for 4 days and really enjoyed my stay! Upon entering the hotel it was very aesthetically pleasing, a very unique hotel I must say. The room I had was a mix of European/Japanese design which I've never seen and was delightful. But what I loved the most about my room is the overall cleanliness. You can tell by how well they maintain the rooms which smelled great from the upkeep of the scent of the woods they had in the furniture and parts of the room. Also, the hotels staffing and hospitality was one of the best Iv'e experienced. Even though there was a language barrier, they did their best to accommodate their guests needs. A huge plus for the hotel is, how great the hotel price is. I stayed at one of the most expensive hotels in Shymkent, Hotel Rixos, and I would prefer to stay at this hotel to an extent considering the value you get staying at Orbita Boutique Hotel. The breakfast was really great and delicious, and more food than I can eat and quite healthy. So overall, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would most definitely stay at this hotel again if I come back to Shymkent!"
