"We checked into the outdoor area with a bedroom, that’s the only way to describe it. The area was not secure and people walked in and passed every day. It is not safe for your pet (booked as stated pet friendly, but the place is open and not secure, so the dog wandered off a few times. As for the unit, there was mould everywhere even inside the bedroom. Kitchen was run down and dirty, mouldy salt sachets were one of the few condiments supplied. The air conditioning unit on the floor was so loud...

The property was huge, the private villa pool was lovely, we used the gym and bouldering wall as well as watching the sunset on the private beach. Communication is first class. "On arrival we were greeted by our friendly valet,Dean who gave us instructions on our buggy use and showed us some highlights of Hamilton Island on the way to our accomodation. We had access to a buggy the whole stay which was perfect to get around and oh so easy to use. Our accomodation was wonderful with AMAZING views. "The view was beautiful, but the house needs some work done for example lights around the pool were broken, there were cockroaches, windows were dirty, broken dishwasher and microwave, no plates/cups in downstairs kitchen. Balcony was dirty."
