I got a bit confused and they helped to sort me out with great patience and care. They were all very helpful and kind. Jackie who I think was the manager was vert reassuring and made me feel at ease despite my going down to reception several times with various issues. The location is excellent - the entry to the hotel is in Terminal 3 - great position for arriving and leaving the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
