"The hotel is located on the 13th floor of an apartment. Staff greeted us downstairs upon arrival. The staff were very friendly. We had a welcome drink upon arrival and free bottles of water in the room. The room decor was lovely and nice comfy beds. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and there was plenty. Would definitely recommend this hotel "

"I reserved 6 nights, got there stayed for like 4 hours and left. the srevice is really great, and the owner is nice but unfortunately the location felt really unsafe. no where to walk around outside and definetly couldnt leave valuables in the room and go anywhere far. I didn't get a partial refund even though I didnt even spend a night there. "

The staff is awesome, the decorating is on pointttt, and the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They have a roof top restaurant with a view on the pyramids the restaurant setting is easily a 5 star setup, and id rate the food a solid 10/10 too! Def coming back here"

"They are the best, make you feel like you are part of a family. I took one of their tours, that included car, guide in Spanish, and a perfect organized everyday, including my tours on Luxor and Alexandria they arrange everything, even the transportation from Giza to Alexandria and back, the driver and the guide are very kind and make you feel safe. I was with my family of 7 people and the car were big enough to make everyone comfortable. The hotel rooms are big with balcony and a beautiful view to the pyramids. The restaurant is excellent with many local food and also comfort food, it also has a excellent view to the pyramids."
