"Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants. And the hotel is huge. If there was supposed to be a trail outside, o couldn't find it due to lack of signs. But i am only nitpicking because I needed any excuse to enjoy the lazy 5 star life instead of walking around :)"

"With a short walk to the neighbor restaurants and grocery market along back streets in the area, a small public garden right in front of the hotel, a short ride via taxi to the tourist spots in the city, and airy room with partially operable window plus great ventilation in bathroom, really enjoyed the stay; however it needs an upgrade to the room, especially the television …"

"great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). I also want to give a special shoutout to Miki. you can visit her at the station by the front desk and she can give you lots of useful travel advice. she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. it was only thanks to her that we were able to get our WeChat set up properly and have a smooth, enjoyable trip. thank you so much Miki! we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chengdu.
