"I have stayed here a few times, in both single and double rooms. The rooms have always been clean with nice toiletries and I have enjoyed a very fulfilling vegan breakfast. It is a busy pub so it can sometimes take longer to be served drinks but the staff I've met are all friendly and I look forward to going back next year. "

"Very pleasant hotel, although a little tired but the accommodation was fine and the staff friendly. The hotel was opposite a nightclub and Ann having stayed on Saturday night heard nothing. No exit problems from the nightclub although there was evidence of discarded food, chips and the like, but that did not spoil our stay. Would certainly go back again. Parking a little difficult as there were only eight spaces in the hotel car park. Plenty of public parking close by. However, if you are a blue badge holder and can find the spot outside the hotel, you can stay there all day and night and for as long as needed displaying your badge."

"We stayed on dates that the pub/restruant were closed (sun evening to weds), but a few other businesses in the area were also closed these days. Looks a nice little pub. Check in and out easy. Room lovely, bed comfy. Excellent for what we wanted "
