For the amount of money you pay for a night when you book. They verge you additional when you check in. Not just the 18 dollar resort fee they charge you an additional hold. The game area is nice and the lobby area is nice. The staff was rude. The phone didn't work the halls smelled like mildew and it sounded like there was mice crawling in the walls. The mini fridge didn't work in the room and they don't leave any brochure in your room to order room service. If you advertise a service you should honor it especially for 250 for a night.

Generally underwhelming. Looks like it was decorated about 1993 and never renovated. First room smelled awful and was dirty. We asked to be moved, second was better, still not great. Lots of little details were shabby: fridge is warm, carpet stained, shower seemed maybe not cleaned well. Torn wallpaper in places, dirt in the nooks and crannies of the room. I’ve stayed in worse places, but found this subpar as a hotel. Also, getting in and out is a maze, and not convenient (luckily we were traveling light).

Ballys was very clean and quiet. The room was HUGE! And bathroom soo nice! The variety of slots was nice and the restaurant at front had yummy breakfast and the waitress was soo sweet! Will definitely stay again. Only wish they had a pool…

Convenient to my conference location. Easy parking and close to hotel. Very quiet . Didn't like people sitting in their cars in parking garage playing loud music. I came in about 6:00 pm and there were 2 cars of people sitting in their cars playing loud music. It is intimidating in a strange place walking alone.

The facility was very clean and well kept. It is a little dated, but still elegant. We stayed in a King room. The room and bathroom were enormous. The fridge kept our drinks cold. Only downfall was no housekeeper service. We did not get clean towels until a gentleman woth housekeeping just happened by about 7:30 PM. He went and got us some clean ones.

This place has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. The carpet was filthy in our room, and the sink in the bathroom would not drain at all. The furniture is worn and the corners of the room had dust buildup as well as the area around the refrigerator. There was no valet parking which we had really counted on because we were traveling and had multiple suitcases. I doubt we will ever come back here.

Very nice rooms! Clean. However the decor was out dated like wallpaper coming apart. Lots of light and electrical outlets around the hotel rooms which was nice. Huge tub and shower but floors were marble and very slick.

Dirty water that’s rust color, which ruined the big tub experience. The shower drain didn’t drain good and I had to stand in deep water in the shower. The dresser drawer had tape on it and wouldn’t stay shut on one side of the bed.

I liked the location of the property. It was accessible to shopping, dining, casinos, and Riverwalk. I didn’t like the fact that our hotel room heating unit wouldn’t warm the room enough. It was blowing vo air all night even when we turned the unit off we felt cool air coming from somewhere. Overall, it’s a good place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Friendly staff and good restaurants on site. The food was great
