"Beautiful log cabin feel. Easy check in and out. We were disappointed in the level of cleanliness. The floors and trim needed a more thorough cleaning. Bare feet felt the dust. Some mold in the shower. I would have liked bedding with some cotton content. The property listing says it is on the river, but we could not see or access it without driving a mile or two. "This was our 2nd time at this cabin and, unfortunately, the experience was not nearly as good as the 1st. Walked into a partially clean cabin; food on the couches & carpet, hair all over the bathroom counter/sink/floor, the dryer was FULL of wet bedding/towels and multiple dishes that we removed from the cupboard had food stuck on them. The water in the hot tub smelled rancid and there was mold on the hot tub cover. Very disappointing as the 1st visit was nothing shy of perfection. The property...

"We came into Challis for a weekend wrestling tournament. We didn’t want to leave the cabin it is amazing. So homey and the 360* views take your breath away! We were so sad to have to leave early for an unexpected event back home. We really can’t wait to make plans to come back and stay."

"The cabin was so cozy and relaxing, especially being so remote and quiet in the forest. My only complaint was the water was discolored, which we wondered if the property used well water. Also, around the hot tub and that yard area there was a sewage smell in guessing from septic systems. None of this was confirmed. But other than those things, we had a wonderful trip. We loved the decorations inside and the cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "

"I can't say enough good things about this property and the people who own/run it. This was a memorial trip for my husband who lost his battle with cancer. We were so well taken care of, spoiled with extras which made the trip extra special. I highly recommend this place! We will be making this a yearly trip we loved it so much."
