"It’s a beautiful hotel. I understand since Covid they had been closed till last month so a lot of work is being done to get things running. Some few things may not be working well but generally I loved the place. Their restaurant meal has so many options especially for breakfast. Chefs are all very friendly and ready to get you something of your choice which is not necessarily on the menu for dinning or lunch options. The staff are great from waiters and waitress in the restaurant to all staff in the lobby to room service. I was treated like a queen. Thank you Hilton. They are my best option for hotels in any country unless there’s none☺️"

"Overall very comfortable. Did not know about the parking that had to be prebooked and that was a problem, but otherwise everything was great. Friendly staff, comfortable room and breakfast was excellent! "

"For walking around during the day, this might be the best location in Durban. At night, not so much, and there are dodgy parts on the way to the Golden Mile. However the room was great, the breakfast sensational, and the staff could not be kinder and more helpful."
