"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"Don’t stay in the downstairs bedroom, the hallway light wakes you up. It’s next to the toilet, bathroom and kitchen so anyone there will wake you up. This room isn’t suitable to be a guest room. Japan is safe however security is limited, the front door is open and there are no locks to the bedrooms. Reception is open in the evening only, therefore the rest of the time the place is insecure. Towels are first come, first serve and the only ones available were hand towels. Management didn’t see...
