"Excellent location and parking ok , very well laid out breakfast with both hot and cold options, hot is cooked to order and was delicious. Very friendly host and offered lots of advice, we stayed here due to looking at the university and the location was perfect."

"We spent a long weekend at the Passage House Hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony on the top floor room, which is a must. The room and facilities were fantastic. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Big shout out to Beth who was so helpful to us with any questions we had. Definitely going to stay there again. Mark from Southampton"

Heart of Exeter yet quiet

"Interior design of the rooms was lovely very tasteful. Comfortable bed and room. No negatives for me, the breakfast service was a bit slow but otherwise lovely Hotel and I would return."
