"It was a good hotel with laundry facilities in the lobby. They had room service to clean up rooms or just replace towels upon your request. There was an automated barista machine in the lobby serving free hot coffee and hot chocolate. Also an automated wine server for a glass of wine in the evening which I didn’t have a chance to taste. The hotel is right across from Alpen Nagoya (sporting goods) store and lots of brand name stores all around. There’s a Don Quijote a block away and 2 blocks away...

"Very nice hotel that starts on the 24th floor (reception) and goes up to the 32nd floor. The city view is simply amazing. Very clean room with nice minimalist decor. Staff were really nice with greetings at every encounter. Convenient laundry facilities. It has a restaurant, a tea room, a small gym and a sauna, all with a city view. Very central to shopping and restaurants in Sakae. The only issues we had: 1. was the bathroom door which closed shut using magnets, this caused a loud bang every...
