"Great value for money. Stunning cliff top location. 10 mins from fantastic beach walks. Only problem was when booking it stated dog friendly. Later listing then showed no dogs. Took my dogs anyway. They had a great time. "

"It was a lovely stay with the family. We had all the facilities like a washing machine, fridge, cooker with oven, microwave, iron, hair dryer. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed the breakfast outside the chalet. The Wi-Fi speed was good as well. We had good communication initially. However, suddenly the kitchen hood started not working after some time, and we reported that but had no response from them. Also, the towel rail in the bathroom was on all the time and was incredibly hot....

"I cannot put into words just how fabulous this place was… it was soooo clean I wish every place we have stayed was to this amazing high standard. The hamper was so beautiful and even included a large Easter egg. The kitchen was better provisioned than my own and the bed was super comfy. We had some lovely walks along the beach which is only a very short walk way and the owners were so helpful with the information they provided. "The deckhouse had everything you would need to have an enjoyable holiday. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was an easy walk into Emsworth which has a variety of restaurants and takeaways. The sun shone for the whole week and there were lots of interesting places to visit."

"On Saturday 25th August we arrived at the chalet at 4pm hoping to gain access as this is the check in time to find it wasn't ready, we left and then came back at 4.30pm to find the cleaners still in there, we waited a few minutes for them to finish, so as you imagine we were not very happy. "We enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to town and local shops/restaurants. Enjoyed being able to have facilities to make our own breakfast, although there is a restaurant downstairs. The shower was brilliant, water pressure was really good and the soaps provided were lovely. If we would niggle at anything it was the kettle took ages to boil, the loft bed light didn't work and the wall had some staining on it. But other than that a great night's sleep!"

"We spent 5 excellent days over Christmas, creating some wonderful memories. This was the second time we stayed here, with the added excitement of families together at Xmas. The house is large so plenty of space for everyone. All beds very comfortable Extensive gardens, and all kinds of outdoor games and outdoor equipment for all ages. Take your microwave as this helps a lot to supplement AGA cooking if you’re not used to cooking on one!"
