"The property was GREAT in that it was a block from MGH where my husband was having surgery. It also had a CVS and Whole Foods VERY close which was nice. The front desk was awesome as were the bartenders in the lobby bar. There is a tremendous amount of construction across the street so it was very loud."

"The location in the Back Bay is great. We came to see a show at the MFA, which isn’t far. We enjoyed our one night stay but wish the property had been more lively. The common areas were quiet, including the lobby bar/restaurant, but maybe that’s to be expected on a cold winter weekend. "

"Got off to a rough start we checked in and when we got to our room saw it wasn’t what we booked it was a single bed instead of 2 beds. We went back down to the front desk and they immediately resolved the problem they were out of double bed rooms because of a track meet at BU and all the teams staying there but they accommodated us by giving us another single room next to our other for no charge. It was great customer service and the rest of the stay was great."
