"Excellent staff esp in dining room/restaurant. Overall, all staff very pleasant, polite, helpful, and respectful. Area around property not the cleanest, but safe and walkable to temple. Low rating on facility condition because windows are loose, faucets don't work well, water pressure is low, shower curtain is hung too high so water splashes all around, towels provided are low grade for a top-rated hotel, and door lock would keep jamming, and we lost time because we had to wait until maintenance would come and "un-jam" the door lock. Upon check-in I signed a document that stated my checkout time was noon, while the front desk gentleman insisted it was 11am. He agreed to noon only after I asked him to read the paper he asked me to sign. Don't get me wrong: he was - like all other staff - very polite and respectful."
