"Horrible hotel i have seen in life. 1) No hot water either night or morning and i keep asking staff finally they gave someother room to have shower 2) life is not working - reception guy need to switch off completely and start again 3) no welcome water 4) horrible smell in open area 5) no staff to help 6) ugly bathrooms felt yak to use Better to demolish this hotel ...i will ask expedia to refund I truly advice to people do not stay in this hotel if you want to have a good stay at shirdi...

"This hotel is not suitable at all for recently married couples as they view them with suspicion. Adhaar card / Pan card / DL or any other identity or address proof is not enough for them as they want the married couples to carry wedding card or wedding photo or marriage certificate, strange isn’t? Such kind of suspicion and over reaction from hotel staff is not good at all specially at the Holy place like this. Even after making the online booking they do not know that room has been booked....
