"When we first walked in a huge rat ran across the kitchen cabinets. The WiFi barely worked and we were constantly kicked off of it. Bugs were all over the house and we were constantly bitten at night. The hot water did not work in the extra bathroom. The property manager did respond promptly and put a rat trap out and tried to assist with the wifi and hot water. Overall there should be more attention to the property and amenities for guests. "

"I cannot state enough how happy we were in the villa. Everything was like advertised and more. From the moment we booked Sylvia was reaponsive and quite helpful. When we arrived James was waiting and helped with our luggage and showed us around. Edith ensured the place was meticulously clean and Mwamba tge guard ensured our safety and easy access back when we went put. The e ntire team made sure our stay amd family reunion was A1.
