"A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by."

"Angel was a great host, only a whatsapp away and was very responsive. The cottage is super cool, with custom wood work surfaces and really well designed bathrooms. We didn't use the hot tub as it was heaving with rain but that would have been a really nice relaxing time if the weather was better. Loads of on street parking just outside made it easier and it's walking distance to a really nice pub. Would recommend :)"

"Great place for a family seeking a quiet location. We were greeted by our gracious host, who showed us the cottage and gave us recommendations for nearby dining and places of interest - of which there are many. Watching cows and rabbits graze in the pasture was quite relaxing. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

"We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. "The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it!"

"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."
