"港からは徒歩圏内で、周囲に飲食店もありますのでロケーションは良いです。スタッフさんも丁寧で、ケーキなどのウェルカムサービスもありました。冷蔵庫がないこと、トイレやバスがあまりに開放的すぎる点、人数を事前に追加したのにアメニティーの数が足りなかった点などがマイナス印象です。施設は綺麗でしたが、宿泊時はTVがネットしかつながらず、地上波もBSも見られませんでした（今後は観られるようになるそうです）。"

"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. The morning staff was better and tried their best to help us with breakfast. "
