"When we first walked in a huge rat ran across the kitchen cabinets. The WiFi barely worked and we were constantly kicked off of it. Bugs were all over the house and we were constantly bitten at night. The hot water did not work in the extra bathroom. The property manager did respond promptly and put a rat trap out and tried to assist with the wifi and hot water. Overall there should be more attention to the property and amenities for guests. "

When we arrived James was waiting and helped with our luggage and showed us around. "Beautiful large space! Bonnie was amazing with us! Very clean and open space. Bonnie facilitated a chef for us that was top notch. Very private and safe! Wish we stayed longer. Would recommend Air conditioning downstairs but other than that the place is great!"
