"I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. I complained and was upgraded to the Diamond Suite which was marginally better but came with a broken tv remote control and no bathroom towels. "The best think is was the price. Other than that this is a dive. toilet doesnt work and there is not water pressure in the pipes. The TV had more than 1 channel though, but that;s about it."

"Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "
