"We enjoyed our second visit at the guest house. Hannah responds promptly to text messages and is very accommodating. The guest house is comfortable and warm in the winter and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to shopping and ice cream and the owners have a little store if there's something your forgot to bring. Would recommend!"

"The house was BEAUTIFUL. It had a well stocked kitchen and comfy living area, two big things for our group. The entire house was decorated beautifully. We wish we had time and appropriate weather to enjoy the porch. This is the perfect little cottage especially if you want a weekend away from city life. It is a short distance away from Blur Marsh Lake which has lots of good trails. "

"Girls weekend! Loved all the details of the home ! The kitchen was adorable and comfy table with gorgeous views . Living room had fireplace that was gorgeous. Great instructions throughout to help with fire , lock door, etc . Beds were incredibly comfortable . Bathroom had extra supplies if needed and loads of towels . Would definitely stay again ! Mike was so easy to communicate with .thank you Mike !"

The hosts have invested a lot of love and thought into adding special touches and providing a comfortable, immaculate cottage. We loved the treats and the fresh flower arrangements. "Overall, the stay was pretty good. The house was well kept and beautiful. I just wish the owner was a bit more responsive because the heat in the house was not consistent. It was 20 degrees outside and no matter what you changed the thermostat to, the top floor felt like a sauna and the bottom floor was freezing. When we were sleeping, we had to open the windows of the bedrooms to not get smothered by heat, and it was specifically unbearable in my case being on the top bunk, near the ceiling...

"This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets...
