"Lestel is at the perfect location. Its lobby/dining area is stylish and well maintained. The washroom and kitchen need a little more frequent care as not all the guests clean after themselves. Overall this is a good choice when visiting Naha. "

"The staff is extremely attentive. I needed help using the washer and dryers very early in the morning, but the gentleman at the front desk took special care to drop what he was doing and aid me in getting my laundry completed properly. He was a life saver! They keep this place immaculately clean and orderly. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t think twice, just do it."

"small but well designed hostel with excellent location. everything works except….noisy guests there is no enforcement of noise in the bunks, its a typical problem with many non-japanese guests who stay in groups (not solo). they talk loudly (couples or groups taking single bunks) totally oblivious to all the rest of people sleeping. yes, and they use the hair dryer at midnight, and thats not all…"

"Considering the price point and location, our stay was excellent. Having read previous reviews I was scared of lack of cleanliness. However, it is not very dirty. We found no bed bugs in our beds and our room was well-kept and cleaned before we arrived. Since it is a hostel (and not a resort), we had no housekeeping and had to share bathrooms but we knew this before booking our stay. The shower for women specifically is actually quite nice with provided shampoo and body wash. Unfortunately...

"Very friendly hosts who are multilingual, my Japanese isn't very good but the staff was able to communicate in English and help me find tickets that I ordered online. Our plane was also late coming in but we were able to arrange self check-in for when we arrived and sorted out the details in the morning. Thank you again!"

"Pretty good value, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. 2 minutes walk to local beach, and under 15 min walk to heart of Naha. Unfortunately, no lift.. But staff offered to (actually insisted) to help move my bags to the room... Love the staff. Budget travellers, definitely yes.... Pretty much most important question... Would I stay again.... Answer is definitely yes!"

"The staff are polite and helpful, the place is clean and comfortable. Only issue is there are no personal lockers for guest. "

"Very near international street, location is superb, but also very nosie during night time even after 12am. Only 2bathroom and 2shower on the floor, sometimes need to wait if too many people, though they are very clean. "The super plus point for this hotel is its convenient good location, just right behind the main International street. However, not many local people can help you locate this hotel even if you show them the hotel address in the booking slip, which is a big surprise for me as it took me quite a bit of time when i first arrived before i can find the hotel. The staff are remarkably helpful and friendly, with multilingual capabilities including English and Chinese to ensure seamless communication. "The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "
