The hotels.com location/address is for the office and NOT the apartment, some apartments are across the street, some are 5km away (so not in close proximity to main tourist areas). The apartment I stayed in was across the road from the office (15a - flat 11, 2nd floor, no lift). You get what you pay for, it is affordable but it is a basic no thrills apartment.
