"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. "Very clean room, confortable. Friendly staff. Really could have used a desk while I was there. Also, the room layout was a bit awkward. The hotels.com location/address is for the office and NOT the apartment, some apartments are across the street, some are 5km away (so not in close proximity to main tourist areas). "I can't believe this hotel has 4 star rating. Maybe I was wrong, so this was my mistake. The building is old, small, and compressed. Not as spacious as I had hoped.
