We receive a lot of positive feedback on the convenient location, as well as the high level of comfort, housekeeping, the comprehensive welcome pack, and the closeness to the beach and shops whilst being quietly nestled in a side street.

A home from home, with a welcoming local host and owner who provides a friendly welcome on arrival, manages the cottage to a high standard with continual accommodation upgrades over the years and annual inspection assessments from Visit England resulting in a current 4-star Gold grading from Visit England.

The cottage is ideal for couples and larger family groups of all ages who are looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. Close to the sea (on occasions, you can hear the sea from the cottage). Located within 5 minutes level walking distance of the award-winning beaches, restaurants, cafes, and shops of Sheringham. Really comfortable beds throughout (Hypnos mattresses with toppers), stairgates, cots, and high chairs provided.

There are lots of dining choices, in the garden, the conservatory, or in the dining room. The well-equipped modern kitchen has a separate panty area. The new bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a spacious enclosed rear garden with a barbeque and patio set.

Your safety is a key focus. The fire risk assessment is regularly reviewed and updated. The cottage features a mains-integrated fire alarm system in all rooms, mains and battery-backed emergency escape lighting, emergency escape torches, and thumb-turn internal locks (there is no need to find a key to escape). Five-year wiring checks, annual PAT testing of all electrical devices, and appropriate landlord certifications are all in place.

Over the past 24 years, our aim has been to provide a relaxing, comfortable, enjoyable, and safe stay. If the number of repeat guests each year is anything to go by, we might just be achieving this!
