"For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated. On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it.
