The Estate consists of two distinct residences – The Homestead and Marnies – providing accommodation for up to 10 guests. The Homestead, a three-bedroom house, and the two-bedroom villa, Marnies, are connected by gravelled paths, allowing your group to come together or find moments of tranquillity.

Situated approximately 50 meters from the main house, Marnies offers a private space for your group. Whether you choose to relax, recharge, entertain, or even host a yoga class, The Estate offers versatile spaces for all occasions. With amenities such as a private gym, yoga deck, edible gardens, al fresco dining with a smoker, a chef’s kitchen, a large open fire, a deep bath, spacious bedrooms, and a communal long table, The Estate is designed for gatherings and celebrations.

Surrounded by paddocks housing adopted alpacas and gentle highland cows, The Estate provides a unique and immersive experience in the heart of nature. Booking The Estate grants you exclusive use of both The Homestead and Marnies. It's important to note that the owners of Marnies may occasionally reside onsite in a separate dwelling when not travelling. Rest assured, your privacy is a top priority, with a separate drive and entrance to their residence ensuring a tranquil and undisturbed stay for you and your group.
